Creating an account is free. Rated Online Solutions charges a small service fee on completed transactions to maintain a secure and reliable platform.

Clients deposit funds into escrow when a project begins. Payments are only released to Providers once the Client approves the work. This ensures trust and security for both sides.

For hourly contracts, freelancers log their time using the platform’s built-in time tracker. Hours are reviewed at the end of each billing cycle (usually weekly) and payments are automatically processed based on the total hours worked. For example, if a contractor works 7.5 hours one week and 9 hours the next, the client is billed accordingly at the agreed hourly rate.

For weekly or monthly contracts, payments are set up as recurring—clients are billed automatically at the start of each billing cycle. If the contract includes hourly tracking, logged hours are applied against that weekly/monthly rate, and any additional hours can either roll into the next cycle (if agreed) or be billed separately.

This ensures that contractors are paid promptly for the exact time worked, while clients maintain clear visibility and control over costs.

No. To protect both parties and ensure fair use, all contracts and payments must remain within Rated Online Solutions. Circumventing the platform is a violation of our Terms of Service.

If a Client and Provider cannot resolve an issue directly, Rated Online Solutions offers a dispute resolution process. Our team reviews the case and may make a final decision regarding payment.

We review Provider profiles for accuracy and may request additional verification such as ID checks, portfolio samples, or references. Verified profiles display a badge for extra trust.

Providers are responsible for complying with their local tax laws and reporting income earned through Rated Online Solutions. Clients may also need to comply with local tax requirements.
